This program allows all the beauty professionals like you that live and work in Switzerland and that are registered on alemaproshop.ch to access exclusive benefits when they shop online on this site. For example, you can earn discounts on products or orders or have free shipping. This is possible because when you shop online you will collect virtual points called GlamPoints that can be used to redeem the rewards.

The GlamPoints are virtual fidelity points that can be earned in different ways only online on alemaproshop.ch. The GlamPoints can be reedemed to receive various types of benefits and rewards. See the other FAQs for more information about the rewards.

A Swiss professional beauty customer who has registered and has opened an account on our online shop alemaproshop.ch is automatically elegible to collect GlamPoints with every placed order and reedem them to receive discounts and other benefits in the form of discount coupons. The registration on alemaproshop.ch must be first validated by Alema Professional GmbH to be sure that only beauty professionals living and working in Switzerland can access alemaproshop.ch.

All products on our online shop generate GlamPoints, except for events and digital products (eBooks, Video downloads and streaming). Shipping charges do not count toward GlamPoints accumulation.

1.00 Chf spent (without VAT) is equivalent to 1 GlamPoint.

Once earned, GlamPoints, to be used, must be converted into discount coupons within your personal area with a minimum of 250 GlamPoints.

You can at any time know your GlamPoint balance and available discount coupons by logging into your personal account and click on the "GlamPoints" button or just click on the GlamPoints tab available on the left on any page of the shop alemaproshop.ch.

Please note that GlamPoints cannot be earned or reedemed when the order is placed outside of our online shop (example: via E-mail, telephone or other means of communication).

GlamPoints can be used to redeem coupons that you can utilize ONLY during checkout when you place an online order at alemaproshop.ch. In other words, you can redeem GlamPoints for every product that is sold on our online shop. Orders placed via email, phone or other means of communication are not elegible for coupon discounts using the GlamPoints.

Your credited GlamPoints are valid for 12 months after they are earned and after expiration cannot be redeemed anymore ands will dispapear from your balance.

Discount coupons can be used at any time during the checkout and expire 12 months after they are issued. After expiration they will disappear from your account.

The loyalty program relies on order data synchronization from the online shop software, therefore there could be some delays in the updating process. If after 24 hours from when you placed the order you still do not see the GlamPoints credited on your account please contact us at points@alemapro.ch

You can check the GlamPoints balance at any time if you go to your Account page and click on the button "GlamPoints" on the menu on the left.

You may request to be cancelled from the AlemaPro Loyalty Program by sending an email to points@alemapro.ch.
Once the requested cancellation is applied, it is no longer possible to obtain discounts associated with GlamPoints even if they have already accrued, and any remaining GlamPoints and/or other benefits that may have accrued will be eliminated by your account.

Your personal data used within the AlemaPro Loyalty Program will be processed and retained for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with our standard Privacy policy. Your personal data will not be shared outside Alema Professional GmbH.

Your participation in the AlemaPro Loyalty Program implies acceptance of each part of the regulations described in this page without reservation.

Alema Professional GmbH reserves the right to change these regulations at its sole discretion, either in part or in full, and will do its best to communicate the changes to its customers.
