- Relationship with the Terms and Conditions
This Return Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions published by Alema Professional GmbH. For all matters not expressly regulated in this Return Policy, and for any other contractual provisions, reference is made exclusively to the Terms and Conditions available here. In the event of inconsistencies, the Terms and Conditions prevail. - Scope of application
This Return Policy applies exclusively to customers acting in a professional or commercial capacity. Orders placed by business customers are governed by Swiss contract law. Consumer protection rules do not apply. - Binding nature of orders
All orders are binding once confirmed. No statutory or contractual right of withdrawal applies to B2B transactions. - Return as a goodwill measure
Returns are accepted solely as a goodwill measure and only after prior written approval by Alema Professional GmbH. There is no entitlement to approval. - Conditions for return approval
Approval is granted only if all conditions below are met:
a) Net product value of at least CHF 25.00 excluding VAT.
b) Written request submitted within 14 calendar days from receipt.
c) Products unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
d) Hygiene seals and safety elements intact.
Products used for treatments, training, testing, or demonstration are excluded. - Excluded products
Returns are excluded for:
Products below CHF 25.00 net value.
Opened or used products.
Products with damaged or missing seals.
Custom orders or special procurements.
Products explicitly marked as non returnable at the time of purchase. - Return authorization procedure

The request must include order number, product references, quantities, and reason for return. Goods returned without prior approval are rejected. - Return address and logistics

Return shipping costs and transport risk are borne by the customer. Adequate packaging is required. - Inspection and credit note
Returned goods are inspected upon receipt. If compliant, a credit note is issued. Refunds are not made in cash, by card, or by bank transfer. Credit notes are offset against future orders. Non compliant goods are returned at the customer’s expense. - Defective or incorrect goods
Claims relating to defects or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing within 5 calendar days from receipt. Such claims are governed exclusively by the warranty provisions of the Terms and Conditions. - Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction lies at the registered office of Alema Professional GmbH, subject to mandatory provisions.
