The YUMI story begins in 1989, when Laurence Loiselot Roullier opened her first beauty institute in Saint‑Étienne, France. Working day in and day out in the salon world, she teamed up with her partner—and now co‑founder—Richard Roullier, to distribute cutting‑edge, high‑quality treatments under their first brand Griffe d’Or®.
Fast forward to 2009: Laurence and Richard discovered a revolutionary lash lift treatment. That year they launched YUMI Lashes, marking the birth of the brand as we know it. By 2012, the brand officially rebranded as YUMI®, full of French spirit and naturalness—with a vision to deliver salon‑grade results from lash lifts to total beauty solutions

2017: Launch of YUMI Feet — innovative footcare treatments
2018: Introduction of YUMI Nails
2019: Added YUMI Brows and YUMI Wax to the line-up
2020: Expansion into YUMI Skincare
