Terms & Conditions (T&C) for the web site www.alemaproshop.ch as of January 1st 2022
Product prices and offers
a) All purchase prices are in CHF and exclusive of VAT direct from our warehouse in Rüti.
b) The retail prices mentioned in the price list and online are suggested prices and have no contractual value.
c) We reserve the right to adjust purchase and retail prices in case of market fluctuations without further notice.
d) Applied VAT is 8.1%.
e) All offers are valid until the expiration date and/or until stocks are exhausted.
f) Orders made on our website dedicated to business customers, www.alemaproshop.ch, are not subject to a minimum order value.
Shipments
a) All shipments are made directly from our warehouse in Rüti.
b) Order confirmations are sent only upon express request.
c) Any late product deliveries will be sent free of charge as soon as the merchandise is available.
Shipping Rates
a) Orders under 350.00 CHF (excluding VAT) and up to 31Kg in weight will be invoiced a delivery and packing fee of 13.00 CHF (excluding VAT) for shipments to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
b) Orders under 350.00 CHF (excluding VAT) and over 31Kg in weight will be invoiced a delivery and packing fee of 48.00 CHF (excluding VAT) for shipments in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
c) Orders above 350.00 CHF (excluding VAT) benefit from free shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Order processing and delivery times
a) Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving them.
b) Delivery time is normally 1 business day from the time of shipment.
c) The processing and delivery times set by us are indicative and not committed.
d) Claims for damages caused by delays in deliveries are not accepted.
Terms of payment
a) For orders from new customers as well as customers who do not comply with our payment terms we require prepayment of the invoice before delivery.
b) Invoices are issued at the time of order shipment.
c) Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date with no discount.
d) Any deductions not justified or previously agreed upon will be charged.
e) Overdue invoices according to due date will be subject to default interest of at least 6%.
f) Payment of the default interest does not release the contractual obligation to pay.

Retention of title
The merchandise we provide remains our property until the full payment of the same.
Claims and returns
a) Claims must be reported in writing or by phone within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt.
b) The goods may only be returned with our express approval. We will bear the return costs if you request us a prepaid SwissPost return label. You can request this label by e-mail to info@alemapro.ch or by telephone at: 044 545 75 00.
c) Products that have already been used, have open packaging or were not purchased from us are never taken back.
d) Products with original packaging in impeccable condition will be totally reimbursed.
e) We reserve any additional charges due to the cost of withdrawal.
g) Goods delivered correctly without any transport damage and without any factory defects are not taken back.
Place of jurisdiction
a) Our business is based exclusively on Swiss law.
b) The relevant court is in Zürich.
