The BeGood In and Out Method for Legs is a complete kit that pairs two BeGood Dermofibra Nutritive Q10 leggings, one for daytime and one for nighttime, with the Farmaven food supplement by Jill Cooper. FABRIC AND TECHNOLOGY (LEGGINGS)
The leggings are knitted in patented Dermofibra Nutritive Q10, a Swiss-engineered, Italian-made yarn that combines three elements inside the same filament: Bio-Infrared (FIR) mineral crystals embedded in the polymer, reflecting the body's own far-infrared emissions back onto the skin to stimulate microcirculation, mineral salts encapsulated in the fibre to maintain optimal skin hydration, and Coenzyme Q10 microcapsules, an antioxidant gradually released through skin contact and body heat.

It is a 100% natural formulation, made in Italy, containing botanical extracts traditionally associated with the wellbeing of the legs: horse chestnut, blueberry, butcher's broom, red vine, ginkgo, vitamin C and Centella.
