The Élan Brow Gel Tint is intended exclusively for use with ÉLAN Oxidant 1% or Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5%.

✔️ Combination with Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% creates a richer and more intense shade on both skin and hairs.
Use the various shades alone or mix them together to achieve the final result that your customer wants. Here below some giudelines:
