Élan OxiPOWER universal oxidant is specially designed for effective and safe mixing with all ÉLAN professional line eyebrow оxidation tints and bleaching powders. Thanks to its balanced formula, the product ensures a stable consistency of the mixture, even application and deep penetration of the dye into the hairs. This allows you to achieve a rich, long-lasting colour.
OxiPower can be mixed with the following Élan products:
- SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM 2.0
- ÉLAN BROW GEL TINT
- ULTRAMARINE EYEBROW BLEACHING POWDER
- CARBON EYEBROW BLEACHING POWDER
Important!:
- This oxidizer must not be used for eyelash tinting.
- Mixing OxiPOWER with tints is recommended exclusively for covering gray hairs
