Élan Deep Brow Tint 2.0 is one of the components of the famous SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM. The tint allows to achieve intensive tinting of hairs and provides additional care during the procedure.
In addition, the tint has a pleasant scent, which makes the tinting process more comfortable.
The ready tinting mixture has a neutral hydrogen index (pH), so that the tinting procedure does not traumatise the hairs and does not dry out the skin.
The presence of the patented component Heliogenol™ by Sederma (France) provides high colour fastness of the eyebrow tint; the long-wear skin tinting – is up to 14 days and the hair tinting – is up to 30 days (depending on the skin type and the hair structure). This component protects the color from fading and the eyebrow hairs from UV rays.
NOTE: the tint works in combination with the Oxidizing Emulsion 2% from this system as well as with the Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5%.
