Élan Oxidizing emulsion 2% is a component of the signature SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM.
It is designed to be mixed with "Deep Brow Tint 2.0" and "Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0". It guarantees an impeccable tinting result thanks to a perfectly balanced composition and gentle creamy texture.
The hydrogen index (pH) of the finished tinting mixture is neutral, thanks to which the tinting procedure does not injure the hair and does not overdry the skin.
Theoretically, you can use this 2% Oxidizing emulsion even with previous Deep Brow tints. There is no health hazard for the client. However, the tint may not have a saturated color on the skin as expected, so we recommend using the 2% Oxidizing emulsion predominantly with SBTS 2.0 products.
Remember also that the higher the percentage of pH in the oxidizer, the more intensely the dye is incorporated into the hair structure. An oxidizer with a low percentage of H2O2 activates the action of the dye without discoloring the natural hair shade.
