RS2 Rebalance Detox Solution contains Acetyl tetrapeptide-15, a specific functional peptide with soothing action. Also enriched with 5 fundamental extracts that act synergistically on the reduction of sebum production, with purifying and astringent action.
Main active ingredients:
- Acetyl tetrapeptide-15 (Acetyl tetrapeptide-15): Acetyl Tetrapeptide-15 is a valuable peptide known for its ability to reduce nerve responses to external stimuli. This mechanism results in the decrease of pro-inflammatory neuro- mediators release, allowing an increase in the skin tolerance threshold. Clinical studies have demonstrated that this active ingredient effectively reduces the sensation of discomfort on the skin.
- BIX’ACTIVE® • Extract of Seeds of the Bixa Orellana tree (Bixa orellana seed extract): Helps to reduce the production of sebum, hyper-keratinization and inhibits the virulence of germs that trigger inflammation. Mattifies the skin, visibly reduces imperfections.
- Burdock extract (Arctium lappa root extract): Burdock is known for its purifying and detoxifying properties, it helps keep the skin clean and free from impurities. It helps regulate sebum production and can be helpful in reducing skin inflammation. Burdock extract is also rich in antioxidants, which can help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals, preventing premature skin aging. Furthermore, the functional active ingredients contained in it protect the skin collagen from alterations caused by exposure to sunlight and inhibit hyaluronidase, responsible for much of the damage to skin and subcutaneous tissues.
- Fomes Officinalis Extract (Fomes officinalis (Mushroom) extract): The extract of this particular mushroom has astringent effects on skin tending to greasy/oily. It contributes to hydration without weighing it down, providing an important balance for impure skin that may be dry in some areas and oily in others.
- Laminaria algae extract (Laminaria saccharina extract): Regulates excess oil, soothes inflammation of the pores, and regulates hydration.
